The STEAM PTO needs your help! There are many opportunities and ways throughout the year to help our school, our teachers and our students. We need parents to chair committees, help chaperone dances and field trips, and lend an hour here or there at the school. And if you can't commit to a donation of your time, we always appreciate monetary donations.
We are currently looking for board positions and committee chairs! Please nominate yourself or another equally amazing person for one of our positions here.

PTO Committees
Fundraising (August-September) - This committee works with the principal to help plan and organize a month-long support drive during the fall semester. This is our only large fundraiser - we do not ask students to sell things.
SWAG Sales (Ongoing)- Co-chair needed. Help inventory, organize, distribute, and sell spirit gear during the year.
Green Team - Chair needed. Green Thumbs NOT required! Work together to keep our school beautiful with small to medium landscape and maintenance projects. The group picks the weekends or early evenings to tackle agreed-upon projects. Tools helpful, but not required.
Candy Gram Sales - Help plan and organize the sale of candy grams for a few days before Halloween, winter break, and Valentine's Day.
Teacher Appreciation/Staff Support (Monthly)-Helps with teacher welcome back breakfast, monthly Teacher Appreciation lunches, and Teacher Appreciation week in May.
School Dances - Help plan, organize, and chaperone three dances per year.
Annual Family Dinner (January) - Chair needed. Help plan and organize a dinner (BBQ or spaghetti) that benefits band, choir, and orchestra. This is usually paired with Green STEAM night.
Restaurant Family Dinner nights (Monthly) - Chair needed. Help plan and organize monthly family dinner nights with local restaurants, some of which are fundraisers.
Yearbook (Ongoing)- Work with a teacher leader to help plan and organize the yearbook for the school. This includes taking and collecting photos to document events throughout the year.
